There is great shock-absorbency from the Internal Vibration Dampener which is built into the frame and reduces the negative affect on your play of vibrations. The midplus 74.4in2 (480cm2) head is a great size for developing solid power behind shots and the frame weighs in at 125g (4.4oz).
