Introducing the 8th generation of the VCORE 100! With this 2026 update, Yonex makes incremental changes to the beam while keeping the plush feel, spin-friendly targeting, and easy power for which this model is known. Like other members of the VCORE family, this racquet's Isometric head shape has been modified with a wider contact zone at 10 and 2 o'clock, resulting in a larger spin window along with easier power and a higher launch angle (think easy depth). Boastinga swingweight in the mid 320s, the VCORE 100 delivers a stable ride, while still offering enough all-court speed to attack the net and close out points. For 2026, Yonex thickens the beam in key locations, resulting in greater stability and more pop. This racquet also features 2-NAMD FlexForce Graphite in the upper shaft and lower hoop, enabling the racquet to flex optimally through impact. To help with comfort, the VCORE 98 features both a Servo Filter and Vibration Dampening Mesh, two features designed to soak up harsh impact vibrations without compromising the connected feel that is so crucial to control.
