The Yonex Polytour Rev 1.25 string is an eight-sided monofilament, equipped with SIF technology (Silicone Oil Infused Filament), a process which, thanks to the silicone oil infused into the string, increases its performance by reducing friction between the strings to increase snapback and bring more spin to the ball.

The Polytour Rev offers 4.6% more spin, 6.2% more speed, and 13.4% more net play than a leading competitive model. It also boasts improved tension maintenance to give players increased durability.
